Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field, or equivalent extensive experience.
• 8+ years of professional software development experience in telecommunications systems.
• Strong proficiency in object-oriented languages: C++, Java, Python.
• Deep understanding of telecommunications protocols (SIP, H.323, SS7, Diameter, TCP/IP).
• Experience with distributed systems, microservices architecture, and cloud-native development. RTOS/embedded systems a plus.
• Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for a remote team environment.
• Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
