To be considered for the Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist role in the Talent Sourcing department at DVT, candidates must meet the following requirements:
Minimum of 7 years of experience in talent acquisition or within a recruitment agency
Demonstrated expertise in sourcing and attracting top technical talent (specifically in software development)
Proven track record of successfully managing end-to-end recruitment processes
Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and industry trends
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Experience with applicant tracking systems and other HR software
Strong organisational and time-management skills
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field (would be a bonus)
