You will collaborate with animators, riggers, and designers to ensure high-quality animation and performance across platforms.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in game animation, strong Maya/Max rigging skills, scripting in Python/MEL, and experience with Unreal or Unity.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience as a Technical Animator or similar in game development.
• Proficiency with 3D animation software (Maya, 3ds Max) and rigging techniques.
• Scripting experience: Python, MEL, or similar.
• Experience with game engines (Unreal Engine or Unity).
• Version control experience (Perforce, Git).
• Strong understanding of animation principles, kinematics, and character mechanics.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, implement, and maintain animation systems, tools, and pipelines.
• Create and integrate character rigs for animation with performance in mind.
• Write scripts to automate animation tasks and improve workflow.
• Collaborate with animators to troubleshoot animation issues and optimize movements.
• Work with game designers to implement character behaviors within the engine.
• Ensure animation assets are optimized for target platforms.
