Cape Town | R35,000 CTC | Full-time

Senior Team Leader / Administrator in a highly regulated environment. This role isn’t about selling — it’s about making the engine run smoothly behind the scenes through providing high-level administration and reporting, co-ordinating sales campaigns, providing sales support and managing aspects of compliance. We are looking for a people and process-driven professional who can adapt their experience from regulated contexts such as Call Centre / BPO / Financial Services & Insurance / Telecom / or Energy & Utilities to this role.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead a small team (Sales Supervisor + Broker & Agent Support)

  • Manage existing processes / Implement new processes
  • Oversee compliance, administration, reporting, and CRM analysis
  • Ensure agent vetting, onboarding, and training meets FAIS, CPD, POPIA, FICA standards
  • Work directly with the Director to support operational delivery
Qualifications

  • 6+ years in administration / compliance in a regulated industry
  • Team leader or supervisor experience (call centre or BPO a plus)
  • Strong with Excel, Word, CRM systems & business writing
  • Highly organised, analytical, and clear communicator
