Senior Team Leader / Administrator in a highly regulated environment. This role isn’t about selling — it’s about making the engine run smoothly behind the scenes through providing high-level administration and reporting, co-ordinating sales campaigns, providing sales support and managing aspects of compliance. We are looking for a people and process-driven professional who can adapt their experience from regulated contexts such as Call Centre / BPO / Financial Services & Insurance / Telecom / or Energy & Utilities to this role.
