The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of experience in recruitment across various industries, excellent supervisory skills, and a strong ability to manage HR compliance. Responsibilities include overseeing the entire recruitment process, conducting disciplinary procedures, and ensuring high standards of employee management. This is a vital role for maintaining an effective workforce and contributing to the organization's success.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years' experience in full-cycle recruitment and staff placements across multiple industries.
  • Proven track record of supervising recruitment teams and managing end-to-end hiring processes.
  • Conducting hearings, issuing warnings, and handling dismissals in line with labor law.
  • Designing and delivering staff onboarding, induction, and upskilling programs.
  • Well-versed in managing terminations and representing the company at CCMA proceedings.
  • Thorough background, reference, and credential checks to ensure candidate compliance.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on client satisfaction and relationship building.
  • Reliable and responsive availability to resolve urgent staffing or HR issues.
  • Own vehicle to assist with transporting staff to worksites or interviews.
  • Strong command of Microsoft Office, HRIS systems, and applicant tracking tools.
  • Experience in drafting and placing recruitment ads across job boards and social platforms.
  • Valid South African driver's license; mobile and flexible for travel.
