As a Senior Systems Programmer specializing in Storage and Security, you will play a critical role in managing and optimizing the storage infrastructure and security measures of our organization’s IT systems. This role requires deep technical expertise in storage solutions, data protection strategies, and security protocols to ensure the reliability, integrity, and confidentiality of our data assets.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute hardware and software system installation.
• Perform upgrades for infrastructure preparation.
• Perform installation specific system software customization.
• Configuration of hardware.
• Load hardware configuration to Server.
• Integration testing of changes and new product with existing software application and procedures.
• Configuration of operating system sub systems.
• Installation and configuration of middleware and third party software setup backup and restore procedure.
• Liaising with operators & Data center management via implementation procedures.
• Completing system documentation.
• Adhere to change management procedures.
• Training.

Requirements

• 6 - 7 years system programming experience with management responsibility on relevant Large Enterprise class server in a large corporate or public sector. Experience in the implementation of ICT solutions specifically within the relevant Large Enterprise class server environment.
