An established IT consultancy in Gqeberha seeks a Systems Analyst to analyze business requirements and design feasible IT solutions. Candidates should possess a relevant degree and experience in managing large scale IT projects. Familiarity with IT methodologies and database interrogation is essential. The role involves collaboration with business departments and documenting processes to ensure successful project implementations.
Analyse the current business requirements identified by the business areas and design an information system that will provide a feasible solution. Facilitate workshops / meetings to gather all the user requirements. Document the current and future business process in order to perform a fit gap analysis. Depending on the project complexity and size, it would be expected that multiple projects could be managed during the same period.
SeeThe Systems Analyst would need to familiarize themselves with the IT-PEP methodology, Figma tool and use the standard PEP documentation. The Systems Analys to familiarize themselves with the IT Security and OD36 process because of all the documentation that needs to be completed in the IT PEP process such as : SIRADPIADPAISMS Direct communication with the business departments would be required in clarifying requirements. Share experiences and best practices with project stakeholders to streamline the process and ensure successful project implementation.
Sc / B. Comm / B. Sc Eng degree or related diplomaPrince 2 foundation Skills Proven track record in managing multiple, large scale IT projectsHas worked on and successfully delivered several complex projectsAn excellent understanding of IT project methodologies, processes and proceduresMotor Industry knowledge and experience would be desirableAbility to interrogate Databases (SAP - ORACLE)Understanding of web technologies, relational databases and SQLDeep understanding of business and IT processesGood knowledge of object-oriented approaches to Business Analysis, systems design and data modeling using Use Case
