We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Support Engineer to join our team, providing expert operational support for our data tools and platforms that power geospatial analytics. You will play a critical role in ensuring system reliability, performance, and user satisfaction, helping teams derive actionable insights from complex geospatial datasets.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver advanced operational support for data platforms and analytics tools, ensuring high availability and performance.
  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve complex technical issues across geospatial data systems.
  • Collaborate with data engineers, architects, and analysts to identify and implement improvements in system stability and efficiency.
  • Monitor platform performance, conduct root-cause analyses, and implement preventive measures.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for support processes, system configurations, and troubleshooting guides.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior support engineers and cross-functional teams.
  • Participate in on-call rotations and incident response to minimize downtime and maintain service continuity.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Geospatial Science, or related field.
  • 5+ years of proven experience in supporting data platforms, preferably in geospatial or analytics environments.
