Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive financial analysis, including profitability reviews, variance analysis, and financial modelling, to support business decisions and optimize performance.
  • Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual budgets and forecasts, ensuring accuracy and alignment with strategic business goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., supply chain, commercial, sales) to provide actionable insights that enhance financial decision-making and operational outcomes.
  • Provide analytical support for business case development, cost analysis, and evaluation of strategic initiatives to ensure informed decision-making.
  • Drive process improvements by supporting the implementation and optimization of financial tools, automation efforts, and standardized processes.
  • Perform post-investment reviews to assess the performance of strategic initiatives and recommend corrective actions where needed.
  • Support efforts to improve reporting, forecasting, and financial data quality, ensuring timely and accurate consolidation of financial information.
  • Support ad-hoc financial analysis and special projects, including pricing strategies, cost savings initiatives, and performance tracking, to drive business improvements.
Purpose of the Role

The Senior Supply Chain Finance Analyst will play a critical role in supporting the Supply Chain Finance portfolio for the Middle East & Türkiye region. The role will coordinate and manage the supply chain budget, forecasting, and performance reporting, delivering actionable insights to drive operational efficiencies and enhance profitability. Additionally, the analyst will provide financial guidance on strategic projects and transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and compliance standards.

Major Accountabilities

As a trusted Finance Partner, you will:

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to analyze supply chain performance and identify cost optimization opportunities.
  • Lead financial planning activities including forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
  • Manage month-end close processes and ensure accurate reporting.
  • Provide strategic insights through financial analysis to support decision-making.
  • Evaluate working capital strategies, inventory management, and procurement processes.
  • Develop and maintain financial models and KPIs to support performance tracking.
  • Conduct risk assessments and propose mitigation strategies.
  • Support transformation initiatives including capex investments and supply chain optimization.
  • Deliver financial evaluations for hire stock capex and MRP.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
  • Operate systems such as SAP, Business Warehouse, and BRACS for robust reporting.
  • Prepare impactful presentations for business reviews and global requests.
Qualifications & Experience

Finance Degree – Essential
CA(SA) / CIMA Qualified – Desirable
3–4 years of analytical business partnering experience in multinational environments
Experience in Commercial, Supply Chain, or Logistics/FMCG industries
Proven ability to work in matrix structures and remote teams
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
Experience in building dashboards, scorecards, and management reports
Comfortable navigating ambiguity and presenting to executive stakeholders

Skills & Knowledge

Strong command of financial tools and systems: SAP, HFM, IFRS, Management Accounting, Data Analytics
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Project and Change Management experience
Exposure to systems implementation projects
