A global logistics company in South Africa is seeking a Senior Supply Chain Finance Analyst to support financial operations for the Middle East & Türkiye region. This role involves conducting comprehensive financial analysis, managing budgets, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive performance improvements. The ideal candidate will have a Finance Degree and experience in analytical business partnering within multinational environments.

The Senior Supply Chain Finance Analyst will play a critical role in supporting the Supply Chain Finance portfolio for the Middle East & Türkiye region. The role will coordinate and manage the supply chain budget, forecasting, and performance reporting, delivering actionable insights to drive operational efficiencies and enhance profitability. Additionally, the analyst will provide financial guidance on strategic projects and transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and compliance standards.
As a trusted Finance Partner, you will:
Finance Degree – Essential
CA(SA) / CIMA Qualified – Desirable
3–4 years of analytical business partnering experience in multinational environments
Experience in Commercial, Supply Chain, or Logistics/FMCG industries
Proven ability to work in matrix structures and remote teams
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
Experience in building dashboards, scorecards, and management reports
Comfortable navigating ambiguity and presenting to executive stakeholders
Strong command of financial tools and systems: SAP, HFM, IFRS, Management Accounting, Data Analytics
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Project and Change Management experience
Exposure to systems implementation projects
