Job summary

A leading engineering consulting firm is searching for an experienced Senior Structural Engineer to work in Johannesburg, Cape Town, and Durban. In this role, you will develop technical standards, manage and design structural elements, and ensure compliance with codes and standards. The ideal candidate will have a BEng in Civil Engineering, at least 10 years of experience in building projects, and should be registered as a Professional Engineer with ECSA.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years industry experience working on multidisciplinary building projects.
• Experience with FMCG or Data centre projects is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop technical standards and engineering processes.
• Manage and design structural elements.
• Ensure compliance with relevant codes and standards.
• Ensure project activities are completed within project timelines.
