Placements24 in Upington (Northern Cape) is seeking an experienced Senior Strategy Consultant to join our growing practice. The role offers a hybrid work arrangement, combining remote work with in-office collaboration to deliver transformative strategies for clients.

You will work with senior executives to diagnose challenges, craft actionable plans, and guide implementation, while mentoring junior consultants and shaping the firm's strategic offerings in the Northern Cape region.

Qualifications

• MBA or advanced degree highly preferred
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in strategic consulting or internal corporate strategy
• Demonstrated success in leading major strategic transformation projects
