Job Purpose

Provide strategic development, planning and communication to align organization Corporate and Investment Banking's (CIB) organizational goals with market positioning, driving impact both internally and externally.

Job Responsibilities
  • Support the delivery of ClB's long‑ and short‑term strategy process as well as any strategic projects that align with the cluster's goals and market opportunities.
  • Lead and facilitate strategic brainstorming sessions and discussions across CIB.
  • Act as a key advisor to senior leadership on strategic matters.
  • Provide strategic insights and thought leadership aligned to the strategic planning process.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented strategies and initiatives, making adjustments as needed to ensure their success.
  • Create strategic progress and performance reports for senior stakeholders on a regular basis.
  • Act as the custodian of all strategic messaging, providing input and ensuring consistency across events, awards, induction and internal communications.
  • Partner and collaborate with business units to align strategic content as required.
  • Foster innovative approaches to problem‑solving, leveraging both data and intuition.
  • Challenge assumptions and conventional thinking to unlock creative solutions.
Stakeholder engagement
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with CIB and Group stakeholders in a way that results in aligned thinking.
  • Partner with cross‑functional teams to gather diverse perspectives and ensure alignment.
  • Act as a liaison between the CEO's office, the strategy team and the BU's to streamline communication for various projects and initiatives.
  • Share information in different ways to increase stakeholders understanding.

Stay abreast in field of expertise and deliver on the expectations from stakeholders.

Minimum Experience Level

3‑5 years experience in analytical and strategic environment.
