POSITION INFO

We're looking for a Senior Strategy Analyst to join our Corporate & Investment team.

What You'll Do

• Support and drive CIB's long- and short-term strategy development.
• Work with senior leadership as a trusted advisor on strategic matters.
• Facilitate brainstorming and strategy workshops across the business.
• Analyse data and market trends, providing insights and recommendations.
• Monitor and report on the impact of strategic initiatives.
• Act as custodian of strategic messaging across internal and external platforms.
• Build strong relationships across CIB, Group, and the CEO's office to ensure alignment.

What We're Looking For

• 3–5 years' experience in strategy, consulting, or banking.
• Strong background in analysis, research, and data-driven decision-making.
