Brief Job DescriptionThe Senior Strategy Analyst plays a critical role in delivering high-quality client solutions by applying advanced research, analytical, and problem-solving skills to business challenges.

This role contributes to the preparation of strategies, reports, and recommendations while balancing multiple project streams.

The Senior Analyst also supports team development by guiding junior colleagues, reviewing deliverables, and ensuring adherence to COOi's tools and methodologies. This role is suited for a highly analytical professional who thrives in a consulting environment and demonstrates the ability to lead components of client engagements, manage complexity, and foster continuous improvement. • Remuneration : R R per monthKey Responsibilities Client Engagement and Deliverables Prepare and deliver client-facing materials including strategies, reports, and specification documents. Lead portions of client workshops, capture outputs, and translate insights into actionable recommendations. Present findings and recommendations to clients with increasing independence. Ensure outputs are accurate, well-structured, and aligned to client needs. Project Support and Analysis Perform qualitative and quantitative analysis accurately and draw meaningful conclusions from data. Draft reports and slide decks with moderate guidance and instruction. Balance multiple project schedules, coordinating tasks to meet deadlines. Develop project management tools such as trackers, risk logs, and delivery timelines, ensuring efficient execution. Support solution implementation by coordinating stakeholders, gathering data, and tracking deliverables. Team Leadership and Supervisory Responsibilities Guide and mentor junior analysts in the development of deliverables, use of tools, and application of COOi methodologies. Conduct peer reviews and provide constructive feedback to support the growth and development of less experienced team members. Take ownership of smaller, standard projects, including team coordination. Quality and Continuous Improvement Proficiently use COOi's standard tools, templates, and methodologies in daily work. Solicit feedback on work performed and apply insights to future assignments. Proactively seek opportunities to further develop professional and technical skills. Identify opportunities to improve processes, methodologies, or deliverable quality. Support coordination of internal and client workshops, ensuring logistics and outcomes are effectively managed. Skills and Attributes Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to generate insights from data. Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal. High attention to and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Collaborative, with a proactive approach to knowledge-sharing and mentoring. Desired Experience & Qualification

Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Strategy, or related field (Honours / Master's advantageous). 2–4 years' experience in strategy, consulting, or business analysis. Strong track record of conducting analysis, preparing client deliverables, and supporting strategy development. Familiarity with project management approaches and consulting methodologies. Demonstrated supervisory skills. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and exposure to digital collaboration tools. Drivers licence required.
