Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic individual to join our team as a Strategist. As a key member of our strategic planning department, you will play a crucial role in shaping the direction of our client campaigns and ensuring they resonate with target audiences.

Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with clients and internal teams to develop comprehensive strategic plans that align with client objectives and target audience insights.
  • Consumer Insights: Conduct in-depth research and analysis to uncover consumer behaviors, market trends, and competitive landscapes to inform strategic recommendations.
  • Campaign Development: Translate strategic insights into creative briefs and campaign concepts that drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversion.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with creative, account management, and other teams to ensure strategic alignment and seamless execution of campaigns.
  • Client Engagement: Build strong relationships with clients, serving as a trusted strategic advisor and presenting strategic recommendations effectively.
  • Measurement and Optimization: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop measurement frameworks to evaluate campaign effectiveness. Continuously optimize strategies based on performance insights.
  • Thought Leadership: Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in strategic planning and marketing communications. Share insights and thought leadership with internal teams and clients.
Requirements:
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field. Masters degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience (5 years) in strategic planning, preferably in an advertising agency or marketing consultancy.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights.
