Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a Lead Curriculum Developer for a fully remote, contract-based role focusing on STEM education. You will lead a team of curriculum specialists and instructional designers to design, develop and implement comprehensive K-12 STEM curricula for online platforms and blended environments.

The role requires a Master's/PhD in Education or related field, 7+ years in curriculum design, and strong mastery of ADDIE/SAM with standards alignment.

Qualifications

• Master's or Ph.D. in Education, Curriculum Development, STEM or related field.
• Proven experience leading curriculum teams and delivering complex projects.
• Strong knowledge of ADDIE, SAM and educational standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of K-12 STEM curricula for online platforms and blended learning.
• Manage a team of curriculum developers, instructional designers, and SMEs throughout the lifecycle.
• Ensure alignment with standards and learning objectives and research new pedagogical approaches.
