Qualifications

• 10 - 15 years of relevant experience in motor industry.
• In-depth experience in Injection Moulding and Painting Processes.
• Experience with LEAN principles and quality systems.

Responsibilities

• Drive Flawless Launches at supplier sites.
• Conduct onsite evaluation visits for priority commodities.
• Review supplier compliance with PPAP requirements.
• Implement supplier manufacturing health chart compliance.
• Support capacity studies and drive capacity actions.
• Drive continuous improvement in manufacturing excellence.
