Job summary

Parvana is seeking a Senior SQL Server Data Engineer to design, optimize, and maintain scalable database solutions. You will write high-performance T-SQL, analyze complex execution plans, and implement advanced indexing and partitioning to support high-volume workloads.

You will model OLTP/3NF schemas, support ETL/ELT pipelines with SSIS/ADF/dbt, and collaborate with backend, BI, and analytics teams to ensure data integrity and accessible reporting.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of hands-on experience in complex T-SQL development, procs, views and execution plan analysis.
• Proven ability to diagnose and resolve severe performance bottlenecks in large SQL Server environments.
• Mastery of indexing strategies and table partitioning to optimize massive datasets.
• Deep expertise in designing normalised relational models (3NF/OLTP) with dimensional modelling understanding.
• Experience with ETL/ELT processes and data pipelines (SSIS, ADF, dbt) is highly advantageous.
