As a Senior Specialist Web Developer, you will be responsible for leading the development and maintenance of our web applications, ensuring robust and scalable solutions that meet the needs of our business and users.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications and implement best practices in web development.

Key Responsibilities

• Designing and developing scalable web applications using modern front-end and back-end technologies.
• Leading the architecture and implementation of complex web solutions, ensuring high performance, responsiveness, and security.
• Collaborating with UX / UI designers to create seamless user interfaces and experiences.
• Integrating data from various back-end services and databases.
• Implementing and maintaining APIs for seamless data interchange.
• Conducting code reviews and ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Troubleshooting and debugging issues across different browsers and platforms.
• Mentoring and coaching junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Proven experience 5+ years as a web developer, with a focus on both front-end and back-end development.
• Expertise in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (including ES6+), and front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Strong proficiency in server-side languages such as Node.js, Python, Ruby on Rails, or Java.
• Experience with database systems (SQL and NoSQL) and ORM frameworks.
• Knowledge of web security best practices and experience implementing security measures.
• Familiarity with CI / CD pipelines, version control systems (e.g., Git), and agile development methodologies.
