A leading financial services organization is seeking a Senior Specialist in Organisational Effectiveness to join their Corporate & Investment Banking People & Culture team. The role involves translating client strategy into organisational design, driving effectiveness initiatives, and managing large-scale changes. Candidates should have 8-10 years of experience in the field and a degree in a relevant discipline. This is a full-time position based in Johannesburg, South Africa.
We are seeking a dynamic Senior Specialist Organisational Effectiveness who has a passion for people business strategy and operating model work to join our Corporate & Investment Banking People & Culture Centre of Expertise (CoE). You will be instrumental in translating our client strategy into the value chain operating model capability model organisational design job architecture and ways of working for our people and partners. You will catalyse Corporate and Investment Bankings response and adaptation to industry and client dynamics. You will also be responsible for spearheading solutions for designing or re-engineering organisations driving organisational effectiveness and managing large-scale organisational changes.
Degree in Behavioural Science / Social Science / Business Commerce.
Minimum 8 -10 years experience in Organisational Effectiveness with evidence to the contribution of the People & Culture practice.
Ability to partner with business units corporate functions and regional teams to understand organisational shifts and translate them into organisational effectiveness strategies.
Drive the adoption of organisational effectiveness practices services and technologies across the organisation.
Must be able to lead and support organisational effectiveness initiatives across job architecture design job evaluation and operating model improvements.
Deliver data-driven insights and ensure alignment with business needs and CoE strategies.
Provide expert advisory on organisational effectiveness operating model organisational design change and transformation initiatives in collaboration with Business Partners.
Ensure consistency in job grading and levelling to promote equity and parity.
Facilitate stakeholder engagement and manage internal / external relationships service providers and governance processes.
Review the integrity of people data and systems to inform effective decision-making.
