Job summary

iiDENTIFii is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer to lead technical engagements from initial discovery through live deployments and ongoing technical account management. You will act as the senior technical authority, interacting with security architects and CFOs, and own the end-to-end integration lifecycle.

In a biometric identity and regulated B2B fintech context, you’ll ensure clients realize value, stay compliant, and scale deployments while leveraging AI tools to accelerate pre-sales

Qualifications

• 6–8+ years in solutions engineering or pre-sales in enterprise B2B tech.
• Undergraduate degree in CS/Engineering or related field; honours advantageous.
• Proven ownership of pre- and post-sales technical relationships, including live deployments.

Responsibilities

• Own pre-sales technical outcomes end-to-end from discovery to sign-off.
• Enable enterprise prospects to be technically convinced with clear integration paths.
• Lead design of integration architectures and PoCs that accelerate purchasing.
• Manage technical health and renewals across strategic accounts post-deployment.
• Act as trusted technical ambassador with Head of Enterprise Sales and senior client teams.
