Job summary

Boardroom Appointments is seeking a Solution Architect III for Customer Marketing to translate business needs into scalable architectures across web, mobile, CRM and analytics platforms.

The role demands extensive experience in customer marketing, CX across digital channels, and leading architectural delivery; collaboration with stakeholders and delivery teams is essential. Strong mentoring and cloud familiarity are expected.

Qualifications

• Degree in Information Systems / BSc Computer Science (or similar) essential.
• 7-10 years IT industry experience.
• 5+ years in customer marketing, analytics and omnichannel solutions.
• 5+ years architecting IT programs with CX frameworks.
• 5+ years experience with Customer Marketing Solutions and integrations.
• 2-3 years leading architectural development and collaborating with teams.
• 3-5 years experience with cloud (AWS/Azure).
• 3-5 years experience with marketing automation platforms (Adobe, SAP, Salesforce).

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain understanding of business strategy for Customer Marketing services.
• Create roadmaps and blueprints aligned with business direction.
• Analyze requirements and translate into effective architectures with minimal customization.
• Engage stakeholders to agree on solutions and work with analysts, designers and project managers to implement.
• Create business, data, application and technology architectures in the enterprise repository.
• Stay updated on Customer Marketing trends and drive adoption of best practices.
• Collaborate with Domain Architect and others to define the retail solution landscape.
• Ensure architecture reviews are conducted in line with IT governance.
• Provide architectural oversight during design, build, test and deployment.
