Job summary

A renewable energy company is seeking an experienced O&M Site Manager to oversee daily operations and maintenance activities at their solar PV plant. The ideal candidate should have a degree in an engineering field, GCC certification, and a minimum of 5 years' experience in Solar PV operations and maintenance. This is a site-based role requiring strong technical and communication skills, and compliance with safety standards is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Renewable Energy / Solar PV O&M / Power Plants preferred.
• Experience with commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of PV plants.
• Fluent in English (written & verbal).

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site operations, maintenance, troubleshooting, and performance recovery.
• Conduct technical assessments, specialized maintenance, and commissioning/start-up activities.
• Ensure compliance with OHS Act requirements.
