You will work with clients across a wide range of sectors and industries, advising them on how to best leverage technology. Additionally, you will be hands-on and co-creating solutions alongside our clients and their leadership, enabling you to grow into a recognized technology leader. You will be part of the Africa McKinsey Tech & AI team in either Casablanca or Johannesburg. This group brings together the best of McKinsey’s digital capabilities to help our clients use digital technology to transform their businesses. McKinsey Tech & AI is our tech delivery people unit. A global team of software, data and cloud engineers, passionate designers, technology architects, product owners, and leading technologists. You will join a multidisciplinary community of developers, Agile coaches, designers, business strategists and experts. Together, we’ll design and create industry shaping products and tools for our clients. YOUR QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

• Undergraduate or master’s degree; or equivalent experience
• 7+ years of experience in software development, with significant full-stack web application development experience strongly preferred
• Experience leading in Agile teams, including coaching and modeling Agile mindsets as part of sprint ceremonies, work definition and building developer capabilities
• Experience working collaboratively with technical and non-technical team members and stakeholders including modeling and coaching others to use engineering best practices such as design patterns, customer-centric design, test-driven development, code refactoring, code review, and OWASP Top 10 security awareness
