We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Software Engineer Manager to lead and manage a team of talented software engineers. Key Responsibilities :

Team Leadership

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of software engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. Conduct regular performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and support career development for team members.

Project Management

Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of software projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and meet quality standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and stakeholders, to define project requirements and priorities.

Technical Oversight

Provide technical guidance and expertise to the team, ensuring best practices in software development, architecture, and design. Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation and improve development processes.

Process Improvement

Implement and optimize development workflows, tools, and methodologies to enhance team productivity and efficiency. Ensure adherence to coding standards, security protocols, and quality assurance practices.

Stakeholder Collaboration

Act as a liaison between the engineering team and other departments, effectively communicating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Translate business goals into technical solutions and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience (5+ years) in software development, with at least 2+ years in a leadership or managerial role.
• Strong proficiency in programming languages such as [Insert Relevant Languages, e.g., Java, Python, C#, etc.].
• Experience with software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum) and tools (e.g., Jira, Git).
