Provide technical guidance and expertise to the team, ensuring best practices in software development, architecture, and design. Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation and improve development processes.
Implement and optimize development workflows, tools, and methodologies to enhance team productivity and efficiency. Ensure adherence to coding standards, security protocols, and quality assurance practices.
Act as a liaison between the engineering team and other departments, effectively communicating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Translate business goals into technical solutions and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
