Network Finance in South Africa seeks a senior Software Developer to join its team and lead full‑stack initiatives. You will design, develop, and maintain ERP and business systems using SQL, C#, ASP.Net Core, HTML, CSS, Blazor/React, and modern frameworks.

Qualifications

Key Responsibilities:

• Design & Development: Build, refine, and maintain full‑stack software solutions using SQL, C#, ASP.Net Core, HTML, CSS, and modern frameworks (Blazor/React).
• System Architecture: Contribute to the design of scalable ERP and business systems that enhance efficiency and performance.
• Code Quality: Write clean, efficient, and well‑documented code; conduct peer reviews to ensure standards and best practices.
• Testing & Debugging: Perform unit, integration, and system testing; troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to maintain system stability.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross‑functional teams (developers, testers, product managers) in Agile environments to deliver features.
• Version Control: Manage source code using Git, Azure DevOps, or Bitbucket.
• Business Insight: Apply basic accounting knowledge and understanding of mining/manufacturing processes to align software with business needs.
• Support & Maintenance: Monitor application performance, provide technical support, and implement improvements to existing systems.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with emerging technologies, propose innovative solutions, and contribute to process optimization.

Job Experience and Skills Required:
