Job summary

Rad Resources is seeking a senior full-stack developer to design, implement, and maintain web applications, APIs, and backend services. You will optimize performance, integrate cloud-based services, and participate in code reviews.

The role requires mentoring, documentation, and secure, scalable software delivery. Knowledge of AI-assisted tools and Flutter/start-up exposure are advantageous for this position.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in a senior full-stack software development role.
• Proven experience developing web applications, backend services, and RESTful APIs.
• Experience with CI/CD, cloud platforms, and Linux environments.
• Experience mentoring developers or providing technical leadership is advantageous.

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in C# .NET, TypeScript, Angular, HTML, SASS, and SQL.
• Knowledge of Azure services (Azure SQL, Redis, Blob Storage, Virtual Machines) and Linux (Ubuntu).
• Experience with API integration, responsive web development, and modern software architecture.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude, Codex) is advantageous.
• Working knowledge of PHP, Vue.js, Socket.IO, Figma, and mobile app deployment is beneficial.
