Job summary

Visa Hunt is seeking a System Design & Architecture leader to drive architectural design of large-scale systems, ensuring scalability, security, and maintainability. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align architecture with business goals and mentor junior developers.

3. Research & Technology Evaluation:

• Evaluate emerging technologies and assess their impact on existing and future projects.
• Drive innovation by recommending and implementing cutting-edge solutions.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and contribute to strategic technology roadmaps.

4. Software Testing & Integration:

• Define and implement best practices for automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment strategies.
• Lead the creation of unit, integration, and performance testing frameworks.
• Ensure software reliability by conducting thorough code analysis and debugging.

5. Environment Configuration & Maintenance:

• Oversee and optimize development, testing, and production environments.

6. Documentation & Reporting:

• Maintain high-quality technical documentation, including system architecture, design patterns, and best practices.
• Provide clear, concise reports on project status, risks, and recommendations to stakeholders.

7. Mentorship & Team Leadership:

• Mentor and coach junior and intermediate developers to enhance their technical skills.
