Job summary

Prodapt is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect to lead the design, architecture, and implementation of TSOM solutions across large enterprise landscapes. The role emphasizes defining scalable IT Operations architectures, driving observability and AIOps initiatives, and enabling proactive operations through ServiceNow TSOM modules.

The candidate will provide technical leadership, hands-on architectural expertise, and collaboration with enterprise stakeholders to transform IT Operations

Qualifications

• 8+ years hands-on ServiceNow ITOM/TSOM experience.
• Strong knowledge of CMDB and data modeling.
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with monitoring tools.
• Proven architecture and stakeholder leadership.

Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end ServiceNow TSOM architecture for enterprise IT operations.
• Lead TSOM implementations across large landscapes.
• Drive observability, AIOps, and event correlation initiatives.
• Mentor teams and run technical design sessions.
• Ensure CMDB health and data accuracy.
