Job summary

Sasol is seeking a Security Supervisor to oversee shift-based security personnel, ensuring access control and protection of assets in Durban. The role requires NKP Act knowledge, firearms competency, and 3+ years in security.

The incumbent will monitor CCTV/alarms, maintain registers, and enforce Sasol safety standards while coordinating with the Chief Security Officer. Salary and benefits follow Sasol policies.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 or equivalent (must).
• Certificate/Diploma: Security Management or equivalent (advantage).
• Driver’s license Code 08 (must).
• 3+ years experience in Security.

Responsibilities

• Oversee security staff during shifts and manage access control.
• Coordinate control room operations and monitor alarms/ CCTV.
• Ensure security procedures comply with NKP Act and Sasol standards.
• Maintain records and report incidents to Chief Security Officer.
