Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in SDR/BDR role; SaaS or agency experience is a plus.
• Strong written communication and the ability to personalize outreach.
• Familiar with outbound tools such as Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo, and ZoomInfo.
• Able to manage your own Salesforce pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Source and research ideal accounts based on our ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for our Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging, optimize targeting and tighten feedback loops with the sales team.
