Placements24 is seeking a Senior Science Educator with a Biology specialization to design and deliver engaging online biology lessons for secondary students. The role is fully remote, enabling work from anywhere while serving learners in Polokwane, Limpopo, ZA.

Responsibilities include developing comprehensive lesson plans, assessments, and curriculum features; mentoring students; using LMS and video conferencing; and collaborating with fellow educators to advance biology education.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Biological Sciences, Science Education, or related field.
• Master’s degree is highly desirable.
• Minimum 5 years of secondary biology teaching experience.
• Proven experience delivering online instruction.
• Strong knowledge of biology and science communication.
• Proficiency with LMS, video conferencing, and digital teaching tools.
