Job summary

Manpower Group in Johannesburg seeks a Programme Leader to own end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors implementations across multiple workstreams. You will govern delivery from strategy through stabilisation, ensuring phase gates, quality and timely tollgates.

You will advise clients on HR transformation roadmaps, operating models, and emerging technologies, while managing budgets, stakeholder expectations, and cross-functional teams. This role requires on-site presence in Johannesburg.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 full end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors implementations delivered in a programme lead, project manager, or workstream lead capacity.
• Broad SuccessFactors module coverage including EC and at least two of ECP, Time Tracking/Time Off, Performance & Goals, Recruiting, Learning, Compensation, or Succession.
• Experience leading ECP/payroll programmes with understanding of SA payroll legislation.
• Experience managing programme budgets, resource plans, and change requests in a consulting environment.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication, able to simplify technical concepts for executives.
• Proven ability to facilitate executive design workshops and blueprint sign-offs.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors programme delivery across multiple workstreams and modules.
• Establish and govern programme governance structures, escalation paths, RAID logs, and reporting cadences.
• Lead SAP Activate delivery phases, ensure phase gates are met and tollgates passed on time.
• Identify and mitigate programme risks and issues; resolve blockers with speed and pragmatism.
• Manage scope, budget, timelines and resources, handling variations and change requests.
• Provide advisory input on HR transformation roadmaps and platform strategy to clients.
