Job summary

Discovery Limited seeks a Senior SAP FSCM Functional Consultant to own and evolve a SAP banking capability within Discovery Bank. You will lead design and delivery of scalable solutions, manage the capability roadmap, and drive production stability, governance and compliance.

You will mentor SMEs, coordinate with stakeholders, and push continuous improvement across the SAP landscape. The role emphasizes ownership, collaboration, and delivering meaningful business value in a fast-paced banking

Qualifications

• National Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Commerce or related.
• 5–10 years' SAP functional consulting, solution design or enterprise delivery.
• Experience owning and supporting business capabilities in complex environments.

Responsibilities

• Own and govern SAP business capabilities end-to-end, aligning with strategy and outcomes.
• Lead design, approval and delivery of scalable SAP solutions.
• Own capability roadmap prioritisation and demand management.
• Ensure production stability, incident recovery and compliance initiatives.
• Develop and mentor specialists, promote knowledge sharing and best practices.
• Build trusted stakeholder relationships to influence roadmap direction.
