Senior Sales Negotiator - New Cross

Dove and Hawk are a successful multi‑branch independent agency specialising in the sale and rental of London property.

We are searching for a Senior Sales Negotiator to join our established team.

Salary: £22 – £65 per annum (basic / OTE)

Responsibilities

• Professionally registering applicants and answering online enquiries
• Arranging and attending viewings for prospective buyers
• Providing detailed viewing feedback to vendors
• Negotiating offers and agreeing sales with the goal of getting the best deal for all parties involved
• Building strong relationships with vendors, prospective buyers and colleagues
• Completing appropriate paperwork to ensure a smooth sales process
• Market appraisal experience preferred and a proven track record of winning business
• Progressing the sales process from sale agreed through to completion

Qualifications

• A proven track record of completing market appraisals and winning business is preferred

Salary & Benefits

Basic salary £22 – £26; OTE £60 – £65, plus car allowance.

Working Hours

Monday to Friday 9 : 00 am – 6 : 30 pm, Friday 9 : 00 am – 5 : 00 pm, alternate Saturdays 10 : 00 am – 4 : 00 pm.
