Join our team as Senior Sales Manager – Leisure & MICE and play a key role in positioning our hotel as a preferred destination for both leisure and business travellers.

Responsibilities

Proactively promote the region's brands across local, domestic, and international markets.

Secure new business and manage existing key accounts to maximise revenue potential.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, travel partners, and event organisers.

Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.

Represent the company at trade shows, travel functions, roadshows, and sales trips.

Collaborate closely with internal departments to ensure seamless delivery of client expectations.

About You

You are an energetic and proactive sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

You have a proven track record in hotel sales—particularly in the Leisure and MICE segments—and possess strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.

Requirements

Over 5 years' experience in hotel sales, preferably within the Leisure and / or MICE markets.

Strong network of industry contacts and the ability to identify and convert new business opportunities.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Results-oriented mindset with a passion for exceeding targets.

Willingness to travel and represent the hotel at industry events.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field.

A minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in a 5-star hotel.

The ability to achieve sales targets and work in a highly pressurised environment.
