About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Senior Sales Manager who thrives in a fast‑paced, remote environment and understands the nuances of digital marketing services, particularly Local SEO. This role will manage the entire sales process—from lead generation and qualification to closing deals and collaborating closely with internal marketing and service teams. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in selling digital marketing services, is highly persuasive, organized, and results‑driven.

  • Experience working with U.S.-based clients and in the SEO industry is required.
  • Fluent English is a must.
  • Experience in a Digital Marketing Agency is required.
  • Home Service Experience is a plus.
What You’ll Be Doing
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Manage and optimize the sales pipeline using a CRM tool.
  • Prospect and qualify leads through cold outreach, inbound inquiries, and networking.
  • Conduct discovery calls, product demonstrations, and sales pitches tailored to client needs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Collaborate with marketing and service teams to ensure alignment on offerings and client messaging.
  • Provide regular reports and sales forecasts to leadership.
  • Continuously improve the sales process based on feedback and performance analytics.
Qualifications
