What the job involves…

Driving B2B sales growth and building long-term, value-based partnerships

Leading and mentoring a Sales Manager and Sales Support team

Developing and executing strategic sales plans to meet ambitious targets

Securing apprenticeship placements and partnerships with employers, funders, and manufacturers

Coaching and holding the team accountable to high performance and ethical standards

Analysing data and using CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) to drive insight and efficiency

Representing the organisation confidently with senior stakeholders and partners

What you need to be considered…

6+ years’ experience in B2B sales or business development (education, training or social impact sectors an advantage)

3+ years in senior leadership, managing and developing high-performing teams

Proven track record in consultative, value-led selling and partnership management

Exceptional relationship-building and influencing skills at executive level

Strong data and CRM literacy (Salesforce advantageous)

Passion for youth development, education, and positive social change
