Purpose of the Role
To lead and manage the sales team across multiple branches drive revenue growth and ensure the achievement of sales targets and market expansion. Provide strategic direction coach sales teams and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and brand reputation.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies in line with regional and national goals.
- Lead coach and mentor store‑level sales teams to ensure performance excellence.
- Analyse regional market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.
- Monitor and report on sales KPIs and performance metrics.
- Assist with major client negotiations and relationship management.
- Work closely with marketing on regional campaigns and promotions.
- Identify training needs and coordinate development plans for sales teams.
- Maintain compliance with company policies, safety and operational standards.

Requirements / Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum: Grade 12 / Matric
- Preferred: Degree or Diploma in Sales/Marketing or Business Management
- Experience: 5 years in sales with 2 years in a supervisory or management role
- Driver’s License
