Blacksmith Agency is hiring Sales Development Representatives across South Africa who are hungry to open doors and drive pipeline. You will own the top of the funnel, sourcing and booking meetings with qualified decision makers, and creating the first impression of Blacksmith Agency for potential clients.

This full-time remote role requires 2 years in SDR/BDR, strong written communication, and familiarity with outbound tools like Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and ZoomInfo.

• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging, optimize targeting and tighten feedback loops with the sales team.
