Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is recruiting Sales Development Representatives across South Africa to open doors and drive pipeline. You will own the top of the funnel, researching accounts, identifying decision makers and booking meetings with qualified leads.

You’ll use LinkedIn Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and Salesforce to maintain high-quality outreach. This remote SA role requires 2 years in SDR/BDR, strong written communication and the ability to personalize outreach at scale.

Qualifications

• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for our Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging, optimize targeting and tighten feedback loops with the sales team.
