Job summary

Blacksmith Agency LLC is seeking an energetic Sales Development Representative to drive top-of-funnel pipeline across South Africa. You will research accounts, identify decision makers, and craft outreach sequences to schedule discovery calls with our Account Executives.

In this remote, full-time role, you will manage your own pipeline using LinkedIn Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo, and Salesforce, maintaining high-quality outreach and accurate CRM records while hitting volume and quality targets.

Qualifications

• 2 years in a similar SDR/BDR role; agency or SaaS experience a plus.
• Strong written communication with the ability to personalize outreach.
• Familiarity with outbound tools like Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and ZoomInfo.
• Comfortable using Salesforce and managing your own pipeline.
• Gritty, curious and coachable.
