Duties & Responsibilities

• MUST have a minimum of 6-8 years sales experience in the FMCG Industry (NON-Negotiable)
• MUST have a BCom Marketing or BCom Sales Degree
• Fluent in both Afrikaans & English
• Determine annual unit and gross profit plans by implementing marketing strategies
• Forecasting & developing annual sales quotas for regions
• Implement national sales programs
• Complete national sales operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees, and following up on work results
• Recruit national sales staff & train employees
• Willing to travel - reliable vehicle required
• Clean criminal & credit record - will be verified
