The ideal candidate will bring proven international experience, strong commercial acumen, and a hands-on approach to building relationships, expanding markets, and optimizing business systems. This role requires both strategic leadership and operational involvement – perfect for someone who thrives in a scaling environment and enjoys wearing multiple hats. You must have experience building a sales function from the ground up, including hiring and developing a team, and leading the selection, implementation, and optimisation of a CRM system. It is also essential for applicants to have international experience.

DUTIES
Sales & Business Development
  • Lead and grow the company’s sales function, driving revenue growth across existing and new markets.
  • Build a high-performing Sales team from the ground up – including recruitment, training, and performance management.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities locally and internationally.
  • Manage the full sales cycle – from lead generation to contract closure.
  • Build and nurture strategic partnerships to expand market reach.
Marketing & Brand Development
  • Oversee marketing initiatives to strengthen brand visibility and market positioning.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop targeted campaigns, proposals, and client materials.
  • Provide input on go-to-market strategies for new products or service offerings.
Systems & Operations
  • Lead the implementation and ongoing optimisation of a CRM system to support scalable sales processes.
  • Monitor, maintain, and improve business development and CRM systems.
  • Ensure efficient tracking of sales performance, pipeline, and client interactions.
  • Collaborate with technical and operations teams to align business objectives with product capabilities.
REQUIREMENTS
