A leading paint retailer in Upington is looking for an enthusiastic Senior Sales Consultant to join their team. The role involves customer consultation regarding products, assisting the store manager, and managing customer enquiries. Ideal candidates should have a matriculation certificate, sales experience, and a Code 08 driver’s license. The position offers a dynamic working environment with operating hours from Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years experience in a paint retail sales/hardware environment.
• Code 08 driver’s license is required.

Job Description Summary

• Consulting customers with regards to colour and application.
• Assist the retail store manager in guiding and coaching the rest of the retail sales team.
• Attend to customer enquiries and complaints.
• Process payments, invoicing
• Admin reporting
• Assist with stock taking, transfers
• House keeping & Merchandising

Requirements

• Matriculation certificate with mathematics / accounting
• Sales qualification advantageous
• Fluent in English and Afrikaans
• 3-5 years experience in a paint retail sales / hardware environment
• Code 08 driver’s license

Working Hours :

• Mondays to Fridays : 07h30 to 17h00
