Sales & Client Growth

  • Continuously prospect and identify new business opportunities through networking, events, research, referrals, and database mining.
  • Review and advise on client collections to ensure they remain well‑balanced and in line with company guidelines.
  • Build long‑term client relationships through consistent, value‑driven engagement – not just transactional calls.
  • Stay informed on global economic and political trends to effectively position products with clients.
  • Remain up to date on all new product launches, pricing, and marketing materials.
Store Operations
  • Ensure the store is open, fully operational, clean and visually aligned with the brand at all times.
  • Deliver a superior client experience across in‑store, telephonic and email interactions.
  • Uphold all health, safety, security and hygiene standards.
Stock Management
  • Conduct stock counts and safeguard all merchandise according to strict company procedures.
  • Ensure accurate and attractive product displays.
Administration & Compliance
  • Maintain accurate filing, CRM capturing, and store administration.
  • Strictly adhere to all legislative and company policies, including CPA, FICA, 2nd Hand Goods Act, OHS, and Trade Exchange procedures.
  • Ensure all transactions are processed accurately and in line with company standards.
General Duties
  • Protect company assets and client‑owned items.
  • Keep the store neat, tidy and compliant with brand standards.
  • Wear the company name badge at all times.
  • Assist the Broker Manager with delegated responsibilities.
Additional Expectations

During quieter periods, you will:

  • Conduct online research (including LinkedIn) to identify prospective clients.
  • Call and qualify new leads, initiating long‑term relationship journeys.
  • Review client collections to identify opportunities for engagement.
  • Ensure all admin, compliance and CRM tasks are fully up to date.

A high level of awareness and vigilance regarding suspicious behaviour is essential.

Critical Success Factors
  • Meeting or exceeding individual monthly rare sales targets.
  • Representing the company brand through professional appearance, communication and conduct.
  • Delivering exceptional service aligned to the values of Know Your Customer, Operational Excellence and Above and Beyond.
  • Maintaining full compliance with administrative and legislative requirements.

  • Proven track record in sales with strong selling discipline
  • Professional, well‑groomed presentation
  • Excellent verbal & written communication
  • Strong relationship‑building and networking skills
  • Client‑centric approach and a team‑player mindset
