Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• A Master's degree or relevant professional certification (e.g., CRISC, CISA, CIA) is advantageous.
• Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in risk management, internal audit, or a related consulting role.
• Proven experience in conducting risk assessments, developing risk mitigation strategies, and implementing risk management solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust with clients.
• Ability to work effectively on-site in Upington, Northern Cape, and potentially travel to client locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive risk assessments across various business functions and processes.
• Develop and implement enterprise-wide risk management frameworks and policies.
• Advise clients on strategies to mitigate financial, operational, compliance, and strategic risks.
• Assist clients in developing business continuity and disaster recovery plans.
