Job summary

Placements24 is seeking an experienced Senior Retail Merchandiser to lead visual merchandising across Durban stores. You will develop strategies, optimize product presentation, and drive sales while upholding brand identity.

Collaborate with buying, marketing, and store operations, mentor junior staff, and travel to various locations as needed. A degree in Marketing or Design and a strong portfolio are preferred.

About the Role

You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective visual merchandising strategies that enhance product presentation, drive sales, and align with brand identity across all retail touchpoints. This role requires a keen eye for detail, a strong understanding of market trends, and the ability to translate creative concepts into compelling in-store experiences.
