Qualifications

• 3 years' experience in retail leasing.
• Shopping Centre experience is an advantage.
• Relevant Fidelity Fund qualifications would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Handle negotiating and sourcing all related retail leasing functions.
• Ensure that Lease Proposals are signed correctly.
• Compile Tenant files for all Tenants.
• Draft and send Tenant Releases.
• Accurate typing and administration of Lease Agreements.
