Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily restaurant operations, ensuring efficiency and excellence.
  • Lead, train, and support staff to maintain high service standards.
  • Monitor financial performance, control costs, and maximize profitability.
  • Oversee stock management, ordering, and supplier relations.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety and hygiene regulations.
  • Resolve customer concerns and maintain exceptional guest satisfaction.
  • Assist with marketing initiatives and event planning where required.
  • Planning and executing events.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3–5 years' proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of restaurant operations and financial management.
